Winterfest - Taste of Skaneateles

Last weekend was a  big success for Lockwood Farm.  We participated in Winterfest, Taste of Skaneateles in our home town and introduced our new Lavender Fudge Sauce.  It was a big hit!  Patrons of Creekside Books & Coffee didn't know what hit them when they tasted our fudge sauce.  They loved it!  Some were surprised to learn that lavender was a herb and from the mint family.

You can still purchase a jar or two at Creekside Coffeehouse.  Try it in your coffee....yummmmmmm!

Lockwood Farm products can be purchased at Creekside Books & Coffee on the corner of 35 Fennell Street and Kelly Street, Skaneateles.

Edgy Folk was on hand to entertain with their folk music.

It was full house in the Coffeehouse enjoying music and food.

Twenty ice sculptures were carved by world-renowned ice sculptor Stan Kolonko of The Ice Farm in Auburn and placed in front of businesses in the village. Thirty restaurants, vintners, chocolatiers and other food service provided tastings.

Skaneateles Polar Bears took the plunge into the icy waters of Skaneateles Lake. Brrrrrrrr!   You will never find me in that cold water.  Is it spring yet????
