Digging Out

We are so busy digging out today that we will not be having a blog entry about our trip to Texas for the United States Lavender Growers Conference.  Its dangerously cold today with wind chills around -30° this afternoon and even colder overnight. We could see record breaking cold temperatures Monday morning. We are so grateful that our lavender plants are staying protected under 3 feet of snow.
