Lockwood
Lavender Farm is sponsoring an art poster contest to celebrate the 2011 Finger
Lakes Lavender Festival. The poster
contest is open to artists within the Finger Lakes and Central New York Region. The Festival Committee is looking for the
best possible lavender landscape image to represent this annual event on its
posters, postcards,
website and t-shirt. The proceeds from
the sale of the poster during the festival will be donated to the Skaneateles Area
Art Council. For inspiration please

The
winning artist will receive: $100 cash prize, a copy of the finished poster and
festival t-shirt, artist biography and winning poster to be displayed at
Creekside Books & Coffee, Skaneateles, NY, as well as being listed on the
